Good Memories

May Virginia Allen rest in peace, (Drew's Gramma, Jon Allen's Mom). She was a great lady who was always very nice to me & an awesome great-gramma to our boys.  For those of you wanting to know about services, it will be Saturday, 2pm Presbyterian Church in Nampa.  Also want to say thank you to  the Hampton Inn in Nampa for providing discounted rooms for all our out of town family.  She battled pancreatic cancer this summer, in lue of flowers, she would prefer donations go to Canyon County Meal on Wheels or the American Cancer Society. "Gramma Ginny" was great at painting ceramics along with my gramma Brenda and an active volunteer and board member for the Canyon County Festival of Trees for 16 years.  She will be missed.

We did our best to use local, buy local, support local.

Thanks to Idaho Dept of Commerce, Film Office for the goodies to give our VIP guests!

Check lists

Picking up cargo van #1.
Getting partial gear loaded, including helicopter camera mount.
Crew list, check.
Equipment list, check.
Lots of batteries for walkie-talkies, check
Google maps printed, call lists printed.
Our drivers are picking up out of town crew from airport and driving to destination today and tommorrow for arivals.
Drew flying up with producer and pilot to do final location scouting this afternoon.
Catering #'s increased, more execs flying up...
Can't freakn wait, I leave tommorow and bringing our production assistant and hair/make-up artist and continuity director with me in our pick-up full of more gear and essentials, including TP!

Inquiring minds...

   Peppershock is always an adventure and this will truly be a remarkable adventure!  I will try to keep my blog updated as much as I can over next week but am not sure b/c of cell phone reception. We plan to share photos at ShocktoberFest on Oct. 9th @peppershock office/studio, unfortunately we won't be allowed to take any behind the scenes footage but we will get to take a lot of still photos.
